If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Travis County, Texas, United States.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

For all transactions and services provided to customers in the United States, the laws of the State of Texas shall apply. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, United States.
