SHIPPING POLICY

At CHALANT, we're proud to serve customers across the United States 
with reliable and efficient shipping. Please read below for everything 
you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not 
offer international shipping at this time. Orders are shipped via 
trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used 
will depend on your location and order specifications.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday 
to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed 
before 6:00 PM CT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same 
business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays 
will begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be 
slightly longer. If delays occur, we will keep you informed.

3. SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is processed, please expect the following:

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected 
by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. 
You can also track your order anytime by visiting our "Track Your 
Order" page.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days 
of placing your order, please contact us at team@chalantco.com.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to:
• PO Box addresses
• Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Certain items may also be subject to shipping restrictions in 
accordance with U.S. regulations or carrier policies.

7. FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information 
or other issues, the package may be returned to us. If this occurs, 
we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping 
charges may apply.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us 
immediately at team@chalantco.com. We will work with the shipping 
carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. SHIPPING POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect 
changes in our operations, carrier services, or applicable 
regulations. The most current version will always be available 
on this page.
